I’m using Firefox version 18.1(15719) for iOS on my iPad. In Settings > New Tab, there are only Firefox Home, Blank Page, and Custom URL although there are also supposed to be Bookmarks, History, and Reading List. As a result, I can’t set New Tab to open with my Bookmarks, which impedes the usability of Firefox.

I totally agree. Selecting from a existing bookmark would be a great feature. However why do you want to add bookmark from your History? Next time you clear your 'Privte Data', all the history will be gone.

Did you open a feature request on that? Simply send send your comment via email to ios-feedback@mozilla.com or go to Firefox > Settings > Send feedback

Thanks for your reply. To be clear, what I want is to open a new tab with my bookmarks. I'm not interested in opening a new tab with history. I pointed out there were no options for Bookmarks, History, nor Reading List just because that was in the official Firefox documentation. Also, I don't think it should be a feature request because it's supposed to be already there. I think it's either a bug or the official Firefox documentation should be corrected. Thanks!

Correct, the article New Tab settings in Firefox for iOS is misleading. I have submitted feedback below the article.

@howdytom, Thank you! Hope it’s fixed and work as supposed in the near future. As always, many thanks to all the community efforts and mozilla team!!
