Why is FireFTP not appearing in my Tools dropdown?

Trying to install latest version of FireFTP in my Fireefox browser. Install completed successfully (no error messages) but does not appear in Tools drop-down.

On mine, it's not directly on the Tools menu, it's under

Tools > Web Developer > FireFTP

Can you find it there on yours?
