I am unable to download a picture from gmail. Can be my fault (i have last version)?

The download command not responding (work with IE). I just make an update. I have ad blocker (but never happen before). Images is 100% secure (i took the picture and transfer it)

Please update your 2017 video drivers from here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 as info sent says your drivers are from 2013 That may be a reason why or not but https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

I would try and update all hardware drivers manufactures site if they are still posting them. Could get the latest Chipset Drivers from Intel No idea if is a Intel machine but if is https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html and https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/utility-tools.html

To fix Windows 7 issues : Repair System Registry and Files
