My phone was stolen. I got a refurbished phone. Everything was backed up to my gmail account. I was able to get everything back except my stuff I saved on my colornotes and Save My Notes apps. They were backed up. But cant get them back. Plz help..

Hi Pam.Norris, was ColorNote the Android app? They have steps to restore from their online backup feature here:

If either colornotes and Save My Notes was a Firefox add-on:

Some extensions use synchronized storage that may be available when you connect your new device to your Firefox account. However, others use only local storage and you have to take extra steps to back them up.

You probably need to check with the developers of the extensions/apps for further information.
