In one of the instructions it says to click on the Firefox button at the top of the page. I don't have one and am interested in restoring it. How would I do that?

Chosen solution

You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden (View > Toolbars > Customize or right-click a toolbar).
You can hide or make the Menu bar visible via View > Toolbars or via Firefox > Options.
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or tap the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily.

Thank you. I thought something was missing and it was only because I have the menu bar showing. That should have been made clear in so many of the instruction pages.
