Trying to get tabs to load faster. Told to increase browser cache. Found that in Options 'Cached Web Content' but it won't let me increase size above it's 1024 MB.

Anyone able to tell me why not? How to increase size??

Thanks,

That is the built in maximum cache size in Firefox, it can't go higher. You should honestly look at other things to increase performance, as a larger cache isn't really going to help.

Some things you can try:

Updating plugins, https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/

Update your Graphics Driver Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

Update Windows

Uninstall unneeded or unwanted add-ons Disable or remove Add-ons
