When selecting the menu button it only flashes. It will not stay open to let me make a choice of what I want to do. This is after a power interruption we had. I want to print some things but am not able to get the menu to stay open. Thanks

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them. Do not rename the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
