I've been through these pages, and have turned off the hardware acceleration, disabled the content blocker, disabled all plug-ins and extensions, opened Firefox in safe mode, and am not running any themes, and STILL my drop down menus on webpages will not drop down. It's REALLY annoying. I'm running 83.0, on a new windows 10

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
