This problem is not always happened only occasionally.

Sometimes Google.com returns to original setting. Some website asking to enable cookies.

After enabling cookies to use custom setting for history as instructed in help. I still cannot access some websites. When I checked Options - Privacy, Firefox will "remember history" not "use custom settings for history"
