I've set and trained my junk/not junk on my laptop, as I do on my desktop. However, the junk filters don't seem to be working. I mark email as junk -- have my filters set to automatically trash junk mail. But, I continue to get the same junk. I've used both the mark and junk and mark as not junk functions on hundreds of emails, but I'm not getting results.

Any ideas?

Did you turn on junk mail controls in the first place? Please check your settings. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls

Yes, everything is set. It filters some junk but most is getting through.
