How can I get my tabs back? Mozilla Firefox closed them and i cant get them back.

I had about 3 windows open with MANY tabs opened so I would not forget what I had to do,sadly they got closed and they did not appear back. I cannot get them back. Help. Get rid of viruses for Mozilla Firefox,my computer gained a virus again. Thank you.
