No permission for ighome.com homepage. Fine yesterday. 53.0

Yesterday, home page (ighome.com) was fine. No known updates, etc. Processor turned off. Today "You do not have permission to view this directory or page.". I have cleared History, bookmarks, caches. I have looked for "restricted sites". I have run Malware detectors and cleared. Restarted, etc. etc. etc.

All other pages are working (to date), just can not reach ighome, even for support or update or anything.


Firefox 53.0, Windows 10 Pro,

I noticed this on the main page:

"We will be rebooting the server at 1:00pm Eastern Time. There will be a short outage. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience."

So you might check back after that and see whether you can access your personalized page again.
