When composing a message or replying to a message it is not possible to type in the body of the email.
Cannot reply to emails or compose a new email because it is not possible to type in the body of the message. Adding an email address or info in the subject line works but cannot type in the body of the message. This problem just started.

Does starting Thunderbird in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird solve your problem?
