I really like the ease and security of the previous version of foxfire. So I would like to know what makes the latest update better. Is it more secure for online surfing? Does it protect us better from hackers, big brother, trackers and melicous sites? If I do reinstall the last version what bad implications is there for my system?

Hello, thanks for asking this question. Firefox is a major release (really) and brings some improvements. You can find information you need on the Mozilla blog for example
