Every version from 69 to 80 crashes and then will not restart unless I log off or restart the computer. The crashes happen every time. I have uninstalled. I have have installed different versions. It will not start in safe mode after a crash. I can start in safe mode after a restart of the computer, it still crashes soon after.

I only have windows defender at the moment and I have that turned off right now. Windows 10 Pro.

Any help would be appreciated.

That didn't work.

I did fix it... I think. I deleted the default-release profile and so far FireFox hasn't not crashed.

Thanks for your help. SJ

The crash data I sent with the first post is all I have. If I click on view I get several tabs of info. Do you want that?

Let’s do a full clean re-install;

Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;

Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
