Prblems after update
I use a web based program called Print Shop Pro at work and have always used Firefox as my browser. The updates are automatic and have never been a problem before. This morning after the update, the file generator in Print Shop Pro is now coming up landscape instead of portrait like it has always done, and there is no way we can change it.
We print shipping and job tickets together double sided, they have always come out portrait before. Now they come out landscape this makes them 4 pages instead of 2 and the 2 extra pages are either blank or have just a little bit on them.
How can we get them to generate in portrait layout again?

Try to set layout.css.page-size.enabled = false on the about:config page. This pref got changed from false to true in Firefox 95.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can click the button to "Accept the Risk and Continue".

When I open Firefox the framework for the web page is there, the Bookmarks bar is showing and a tab is showing but the entire window is blank. I cleaned my cache and history.

Velinda,
When you go through your printing process, do you get a print preview before printing? If so, can you post a screenshot and be sure to cover any private info if needed.

Hey Dan,
Your issue is different from Velinda's issue. You should post a separate question and provide steps to replicate, browser version, operating system, and screenshots.
