web site support
I realize this may not be a browser issue. But, I'm pulling my hair out trying to find a solution to my problem and I'm hoping someone at Firefox may have a solution or suggestion. My problem is, how in the world do I get help or support with my Yahoo email account. Yes, the site has help and support links, but you have to pay to use the. Frankly, rather bazaar you have to pay for support when you're the client. So, does anyone at Firefox have a solution or suggestion to access help/support to Yahoo emails accounts or Yahoo without paying for the support? Thank you.

FredMcD, there is no error message. I guess I didn't explain the issue maybe correctly. The situation is, a web site can track me or my computer's location. I would prefer that not be the case. So, how does a web site know one computer or operator from another? How does a web site know specifically who a given person is? Do a browsers settings have anything that may control that? If so, is there anything I can do to mitigate the situation? Thank you.
When a web browser connects to any website, it sends the user agent telling the website what browser and version.
These links will show you how websites you connect to read from your system/browser. https://whatmyuseragent.com/
FredMcD, thank you for your reply. So, is there a way to use that information in helping me to determine a way to hide my identity with a web site, FredMcD? Any suggestions? Thank you.
