Thank you for your response. I just figured out the problem,somehow my printer destination was changed. And as always I appreciate you taking time to help

Can you show us what Firefox can see for printers? see screenshot Also, a screenshot of device and printers would be nice.

Thank you for your response. I just figured out the problem,somehow my printer destination was changed. And as always I appreciate you taking time to help
