Ever since upgrading to FF 5, video download add-ons (e.g. download helper) do not display a button nor appear on the menu
I don't see the button on the extensions toolbar or the customize window. Also not appearing in the tools menu.

UPDATE - this only happens in a window with many tabs (I have over 60 open). When I open another window, with a single tab - all is working fine.
In the window with many tabs, I'm also missing some of the custom added tool bars...
