Why don't pictures or some graphics show in hotmail messages?
Since switching back to Firefox from Chrome, many graphics and pictures in emails (especially hotmail) do not show in the email. Many times CID numbers show up, but not the actual picture or graphic.

You need to use an email program if you have mails with embedded images via Content ID's (cid:) links.
Firefox is not a mail program and can't handle such images.
I have used Internet Explorer, Chrome, and earlier versions of Firefox and never had a problem getting images, pictures, etc, to show up in an email sent to me by someone else.
