I don't find a password manager key at sites that require my username and password. How do I recover the key on the page?

For better or worse that has been replaced by the Site Identity Button

Personally I find a 3 1/2 inch loss of toolbar space outrageous, the coloring around the favicon itself would have sufficed.
- Firefox 3.7 again respects browser.identity.ssl_domain_display set to 0
