Hi, I followed all the instructions on how to get the images to show up. When I click the cog, I don't have "enhanced" or "classic" to choose from. I also did the left click, wait for site to load and then go back and nada, still no image. I can always go back to using an add-on but thought I'd give this a shot. Pls let me know if you can help. Thank you!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: 3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
  • Deselect: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
