Hi.

Since the automatic configuration doesn't work, I used the manual config following what's said here : https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/parametres-configuration-principaux-fournisseurs-adresses#w_ntymail-newmanity

Still, after manual configuration, I can't add my mail. The mail account creation window either says Thunderbird didn't find the parameters for the account when I click on "finish" ("terminer", I'm on french translation), or that my login or password is wrong if I click on "test again", which I'm sure, are right.

Any ideas ?

Yup. I found how with newmanity faq. I didn't search enough. For those who wants green mail and will need it with mosilla, here is partial english faq : https://www.newmanity.com/faq#paramImap Just look at the "Comment paramétrer l’IMAP de Ntymail sur mon smartphone/tablette ou client mail ?" thumbnail for IMAP configuration (no POP enabled).

Or here as long as this image is still not erased : Yup. I found how with newmanity faq. I didn't search enough. Nope. I don't find how to manage adding it manually. Maybe I don't understand all enough. But it's still strange that thunderbird is unable to add my mail automatically since the mail provider and it's configuration is listed by Mozilla.

The most common cause of user name or account incorrect occurring in the account wizard re anti virus products.

Disable email scanning before you try and set up the account. They think you are getting mail and make an god awful mess of things.
