How can we help you when you have provided nothing. No links to sites. No steps to replicate. No screenshots. No OS. What version of Firefox?

Sorry......I'm not at all as tech-savvy as most of your clients. I don't even know how I got set up with Firefox in the first place, but I love it, even if I don't have a clue how to manage it. I'm 70 yrs old, with an old Dell PC (2 Gigs RAM).. yes....you can laugh now. I think I'm on Windows 10, but not sure. As for what version of Firefox I'm on.....I truly have no idea. I don't even know how to check that!! I just accept any new versions I get presented with when I start this old PC up each day. If stuff stops working after an upgrade I have no idea why. All I know is the online radio stations don't work anymore. My guess is that 2 Gigs of RAM is no longer enough to handle all the upgrades from the latest versions of Firefox, Microsoft. etc. I'm probably just out of luck at this point. I'm surprised it still works at all. Sorry to bother you. H

Oh stop it. We understand that not all users are on the same level and we try to adapt.  ;-)) Let get a few things together... be right back.

It looks like that station is not working. I found another station on the site and it works. https://onlineradiobox.com/us/smoothjazzmix/?cs=us.smoothjazzmix&played=1

Regardless it's time to get a new or newer computer. Many users think that they can just dust off that old computer, get online, and everything will just work. Time to ask someone in the family for help. I just recently gave my 76yr old father one of my laptops because trying to help him remotely on his old computer was to much for me.
