how do i block a particular website from opening
How do I prevent a site from opening a new window while I'm on the site? This is not a pop-up but an entirely new window, and pop-up blocker is on. It simply opens windows at random while I'm trying to use the site?

Is there any content in the new window? What is the site doing this?

Deeperweb does not act like a popup.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
