Back button has to be hit 3x to work

While I am browsing. If I want to go back my back button has to be hit 3x before it will even move. Also on a separate issue. Also when I am typing something in my browser if I need to go back it will not let me. I have to use a different line then go back and it will allow me to type again.

This is getting old I am ready to go to safari
