Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- (Firefox 57 and above) Click the Library button and choose History.
(Click the menu button and choose History in older Firefox versions.) - In the History menu, choose "Clear Recent History...".
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the "Clear Now" button.
Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Thank you.

I just noticed that this is a duplicate to this thread, where I posted an answer almost right away :

I will copy and paste my answer and flag the above mentioned thread as duplicate.
A few things you could try :
Go to Options => General - scroll down to "Network Proxy' and set it to 'No Proxy' Then close and restart Firefox If that doesn't do the trick, change it back to it's default.
Make sure you don't have any content blocking add-ons, like AdBlock Plus, NoScript ....
If none of the above work, then let's try Firefox in Safe Mode :
If Firefox is not running : Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox. If Firefox is running : 3-bar menu => ' ? ' (at the bottom of the dropdown) => 'Restart with Add-ons disabled'. Then OK the restart. A small dialog should appear. Click 'Start in Safe Mode' ( not 'Refresh' !)
