Thunderbird has replaced one of my client's names with mine in the 'from' and 'to' fields next to my email address and no way to change it. Any fixes?

When I send new email or receive replies my name is replaced with one of my client's names in the 'from' and 'to' fields. This confuses people and have received many inquiries as to who this person is. Nothing obvious shows up in options/settings or address book. There is no indication where Thunderbird has linked my client's name with my email. And it's random as it happens maybe 75% of the time and about 25% shows my name. Any experience similar and/or fixes?

look in the collected address book specifically for your client and delete the entry.

The usual cause is an address with an incorrect name attached to the address in the address books somewhere. Often the result of an automatic addressbook add from the message header.
