I'm trying to buy sheet music on-line and can't get past the log-in details. On this web-site it says that my computer may not be allowing the cookies. I checked my computer settings and it shows 7 cookies allowed for this particular site, however, the box on the left hand side shows no cookies installed. Any ideas? I'm no computer expert so plain English would be appreciated!!!

Hi, please see this article to check your cookie settings - Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track.

If you are still having a problem, delete all references to the website in question, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Perhaps a different issue but the MindSpark toolbar is a very troublesome plug-in. You have two of them! Google for information and removal advice.
