Why is Google blocking access to lightbeam?

more options

2 days ago, Google hackers were able to access my system and remove lightbeam and firebug from my system, leaving me with completely BLOCK MY ACCESS, and erased Lightbeam from my system.

I suspect it is a hacker from Sacramento who I was forced to report to the FBI because of other felonies he committed. Someone needs to investigate what is going on!! IC3 is NOT protecting targeted victims from criminals!

Hawaiian Telcom received a complaint the day before, and DESIREE said, "Sometimes you just have to reboot the router." This was a few hours before the attack remotely changed ALL previous parameters, and SOPHOS, whom I paid over $200/year, has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REVERSE THE PROBLEM OR FIX MY MACHINE.

PS Dont know how to find corrupt file(s)

I really have no idea what happened to your system or who has been in it, but may I comment that running obsolete software such as Firefox 37, Adobe Reader 9, and Flash 11.7 creates the potential for system exploits? I suggest updating any software you use to access web pages or view documents/media from the outside world.

  • To get started with updating Firefox, you can download a full installer for Firefox 40.0.3 from this page (scroll down to your preferred language):

But it sounds like your first problem is that you don't have internet access. Is that correct? Neither Firefox nor any other browser can access the internet? You could try this article in that case: Firefox and other browsers can't load websites.
