These appear to be related to a couple of different javascript errors, but my "expertise" goes little further than that. This problem DOES seem to occur more often when there is video on a (even unloaded) tab, but can happen when looking at any page with any type of content, or while not looking at the browser at all (inactive window). I have also recently been getting "This browser does not support video playback" on Twitter, but I assume that is related to the change from anigifs to HTML5. I have tried refreshing Firefox, as well as completely restarting from a fresh install. My video drivers are up to date, moreso than my on-board Intel hardware. Hardware issues MIGHT be a possibility, so if anyone sees evidence of such a problem from the dumps, please advise me of it so I can close in on the root of the matter.

While trying to enter this info and search for answers, I also had these crashes pop up: 73e8fb64-d0f9-4be2-9c5f-310c3313a6e9 10/4/2015 6:03 PM 21cb12f7-f658-4976-9baf-3fe5bcd58e78 10/4/2015 6:03 PM bp-a83a747f-45e8-4c93-a3b8-af4da2151005 10/4/2015 6:00 PM bp-2f3617c3-159a-4d24-9a8d-bff172151005 10/4/2015 6:00 PM

Someone, please get back to me, even if to say I need to start using IE. I will laugh at you, but at least appreciate the attentiveness. Lee

This is not a cure, but should let the web page load without crashing.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Well, the latest refresh Firefox was good enough to remove many of settings, all of my extensions except that stupid MS .NET framework (that it tells me is disabled and unverified for use) and ALL my currently open tabs, so it appears that it will be stable again for another day or two, until I need it to do something productive. Here are the latest reports, though take note: NO report has successfully been auto-submitted to Firefox for months. There are approximately 100 reports going back to July, when it was last fully reinstalled from a fresh start with no profile saved, only bookmarks imported. Sorry if I am a bit short, my temper is at its end after losing a stable interface to not-so-real life. bp-e054ef81-82da-4efa-90ef-a785c2151005 10/4/2015 9:26 PM bp-ade9cb26-997a-495c-8606-551152151005 10/4/2015 9:26 PM bp-412f2c81-ac5c-4e16-ac6d-110bb2151005 10/4/2015 9:26 PM bp-b9843bb8-e9af-4376-bee4-4044c2151005 10/4/2015 9:24 PM bp-8c5dccf9-6026-4af6-bf8c-bb4af2151005 10/4/2015 9:24 PM bp-a3d72c0b-2426-4bf7-88b5-9b59b2151005 10/4/2015 9:24 PM bp-58638812-016b-447a-b123-1d7ec2151005 10/4/2015 9:23 PM bp-fba49dc6-4451-4afa-a791-068c62151005 10/4/2015 9:23 PM bp-f719b157-9686-4b6d-96d5-2ee0b2151005 10/4/2015 9:20 PM bp-47e15040-0b71-46f3-aa6e-edb3e2151005 10/4/2015 9:20 PM bp-a7311c3d-7673-4c80-8bf3-e8b202151005 10/4/2015 9:19 PM bp-5324efef-fc56-46e7-aa3b-e190a2151005 10/4/2015 9:17 PM bp-c0b20815-ea0a-4a29-b987-ec1272151005 10/4/2015 9:02 PM bp-35c5e8bb-38ed-493f-aae2-d28eb2151005 10/4/2015 9:00 PM bp-f7cadf5a-a141-455b-baa0-581bb2151005 10/4/2015 9:00 PM bp-a83a747f-45e8-4c93-a3b8-af4da2151005 10/4/2015 6:00 PM bp-2f3617c3-159a-4d24-9a8d-bff172151005 10/4/2015 6:00 PM

NOPE. Here are three more for you to peruse that happened just now. I am out for the night, as if I stay on here any longer, I WILL destroy this computer. In the words of Muad'Dib: "He who can destroy a thing, controls a thing." My Will shall not be ignored again tonight by this arrogant compilation of inanimate metal and plastic brought together for the sole, glorious purpose of serving me. bp-689f6a32-9ba4-4527-a0cd-cfabd2151005 10/4/2015 9:53 PM bp-4b4995e3-3622-4ced-b73d-b1d382151005 10/4/2015 9:53 PM bp-77d78344-043a-4415-ae55-e2d4f2151005 10/4/2015 9:53 PM

Java is up to date, and set to ask before starting, anyway. Video drivers are up to date. Firefox has been refreshed. All plugins are set to ask before activating, aside from the Cisco H264 video codec. My bets are currently on a physical hardware problem, related to either the video chip itself, or some other aspect of the graphics system on the MB. I have had 6 more crashes yesterday, and one while trying to work with this today. Included are the reports, in case more info helps narrow down the issue, though it seems there are multiple reasons for the crashes from what little I can understand of the reports. Also: "SnowWhiteKiller"? The programmers are having WAY too much fun naming components. :) Thanks for your help trying to solve this. I really appreciate it. ~Lee
