How do I generate a list of attachments in all email files from largest to smallest, so I can delete from largest on down those attachments I no longer need?

When I had Eudora email, I was able to generate a list of attachments for all email files/folders ranked by largest to smallest. Then I was able to start with the largest and delete those attachments I did not need -- the reason for ranking them by size was of course that the largest ones were the most space-intensive and I wanted to cut down the total size of my Thunderbird files.
