Saya tidak bisa membuka firefox di win7, ketika saya klik muncul pesan "Gagal membaca berkas konfigurasi. Silakan kontak administrator sistem Anda". Sudah saya install ulang tapi masalahnya tetap sama.

hi irul2008, please perform a clean reinstall of firefox:
- download the full firefox setup file from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
- uninstall firefox on the machine
- manually delete all remaining files in the firefox program folder, which usually resides in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\
- reinstall firefox with the setup file obtained in step 1
afterwards please run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner! Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware
Sounds that you have a .js (JScript) file in the "defaults\pref" folder that specifies to process a mozilla.cfg file.
If there are .js files present in the "defaults\pref" folder apart from the channel-prefs.js file that sets app.update.channel then open this file in a plain text editor like Notepad (Mac: TextEdit) and please post its content.
