When you edit a bookmark, can the GUI be set to always show all bookmark folders instead of the compact mode?

To explain better, once you save a bookmark and you wish to edit it, a compact mode opens up with a down arrow on the right hand side of the folder selection (typically displays "unsorted bookmarks")

But when you click that down arrow... you get a nice selection of all of your Bookmark folders... so, is there anyway to set Firefox so that it always displays that way? Without having to click the down arrow?
