incoming mail server issues. not getting email for 3 days
the incoming mail server used for thunderbird at inbound.att.net has not retrieved any of my emails for the last 3 days from my att.net email account. never had changed settings for anything and had been working fine. I get a retr error.

I have tried and looked for possible issues. no issues you posted to the help site are the problem. I have tried a alternate older pop att server to no avail. there is a big in thunderbird 45.6.0.

Please post the server settings as per AT&T instructions.
Also, please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the Copy text to clipboard button and paste the information into your reply.
