Hello, I have problems viewing video on www.tsn.ca using Firefox.
Hello Mozilla support.
I have been using Firefox for many years now and update it. Also for the past 3-4 I cannot view any videos on one of my favourite websites here in Canada www.tsn.ca when I use Firefox. Any video that I click it just shows white window screen. I haven't configured anything on Firefox. I am currently using Windows 8.1pro on my main PC and when I use my laptop that has Windows 10 and use Firefox to view TSN.ca it does the same thing as well I cannot video any videos in that site. However when I use Microsoft Edge browser I can watch videos with TSN.ca site. Please help. Thanks

Hi juanmarco, your screenshot didn't post (or I don't see the link). Could you try that again?
When I go to this page http://www.tsn.ca/video in a private window, I have to disable Tracking Protection to get the ads and then the video to play. If you see a shield icon toward the left end of the address bar, check out this article: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

Hello! I think it is because you need Flash Player to play the videos (I just checked) - and it has a Flash Icon wanting you to have flash installed. Make sure Flash is installed and your videos should work.
If you have flash installed, do you mind taking a screenshot? You can use various online tools to achieve this (this is so I can help you more).
Happy Browsing!

I have Shockwave Flash in my Firefox plugins, is that the one you are talking about? and for options it is on Always Activate.
If that that is not the one, what plugin should I install for firefox. I am curious why Firefox naturally can't play video from TSN.ca while Microsoft Edge browser can easily play videos from any site.
Also sidenote...Another sports website I look at here in Canada is SportsNet - www.sportsnet.ca this is like a cousin or sister company of TSN their website I can watch videos on Firefox no problem, with TSN I have issues. Thanks
It could be something else then, Shockwave *should* play the videos.
Lets give it a test!

If this doesn't work try downloading Adobe Flash itself and see if that helps!
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
I have also attached what I am seeing, so we can communicate better to resolve your issue!
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.

Thanks for the response, with the attached screenshot that's what I'm seeing with TSN.ca except that part is just white it doesn't even ask that I need to install flash player. Also I just installed flash player because it didn't show the flash animation in that site that you mentioned to me. I hope it works I haven't test the TSN.ca yet
