When trying to reply to e-mails I get an unresponsive script error message. I have tried the troubleshooting page (plugins, extensions, etc) Could it be my hotmail?

When I click reply and start to type, it stops and takes up to 30+ seconds to type out the line. Then when I hit send, it just sits there and I get unresponsive script messages. Tried both stop and continue buttons. Installed YesScript.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks for taking your time to answer. Much appreciated. I have tried Safe Mode and also disabling plugins but I am still getting the nonresponsive script message. I followed all the directions on the troubleshooting pages. I will try again but in the meantime is there any one particular plugin that may be the culprit? Does anyone know anything else to try? I have had to resort to using Google Chrome to read/answer emails. I use Firefox for other browsing. Appreciate any and all help!
