When trying to print web pages, it shows only the first page, with no option to print the remaining pages.

In the menu bar, try:

Clicking Edit-->Select all-->Hover your mouse over the highlighted text-->Right Click and select print.

If this does not work, a good reference to print web pages and do so in a manner that reduces the pages used, visit www.printfriendly.com and simply enter the URL you would like to print.
