Some messages are too wide for the screen. Chrome has a scroll bar, IE has "Show entire message," but Firefox provides no way to view the message.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.

When I view the message now, I get a "show full message" option. I wasn't getting that before. I don't know what changed. I'll try again later. Thank you for your suggestion.
