Trying to read instructions on a web site and a google add or addchoices puts an ad right over what I need to read. Ad has no exit clicking on take me to another site.

You may have adware or malware on your computer or it may be the design of the site. Sometimes we need to remember free websites and services need to be paid for somehow, and like TV or Radio that may be through advertising.

Can you give an example of a site you have a problem with and a screenshot please
