loaned my laptop with firefox installed, now it won't open, says my profile is inaccesible or missing, (vista home premium OS) how do I fix this? I un-installed it and downloaded it again, no help. I would prefer firefox, please help! my friend who had my laptop said firefox crashed every day and there were numerous popups all the time. my desktop with firefox always blocks popups and never crashes. what can be done
