I have multiple tabs open and when I click on a tab the screen will blink and that tab is on a page by itself. Still have a page with multiple tabs except the tab that i clicked on is no longer on that page. It looks like another instance of Firefox has been created. I have done a screen recording of the problem located here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHSyPlPq4GM

Hello, I watched your video clip and found problem in your operation.

In the video you dragged the tab down and it blink into a new window. It's exactly a feature of Firefox: Drag a tab down and it will appear in a whole new Firefox instance.

So next time just single click on your tab if you don't want to see the problem again. Or is there something wrong on your mouse?

I don't know what you saw, but I didn't see a drag, and I don't intend to drag. I purposely did the drag technique, and you have to drag quite a distance before it changes to another page, and I KNOW I don't think the drag theory holds any water.. I have since discovered that it only does it on one social media site. Plus the problem only started on July 7, 2021. I have been posting 100 to 200 posts, per day, on multiple social media sites for years and never had this occur. The mouse is only a couple of months old, so I don't think it's a problem.
