Open the Customize mode and move that toolbar button into the left side of the palatte.

Right click that button and choose "Remove from toolbar" to move the button to the Customize palette.

Hiding it doesn't remove it.. this is unwanted and is now just more bloat that Firefox has to carry.

We want a way to completely remove it so a) there isn't a security or privacy issue, b) it isn't there unless we explicitly ask for and install it.

You can toggle loop.enabled to false on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
