Do you mean the about:permissions Permission Manager?

The setting you need to change is not a site-specific permission or global security setting, so you can change that back.

Instead, it's a global accessibility setting here:

"3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Advanced

On the General mini-tab, in the Accessibility section, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

Hopefully that will fix it.

The setting you need to change is not a site-specific permission or global security setting, so you can change that back.

Instead, it's a global accessibility setting here:

"3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Advanced

On the General mini-tab, in the Accessibility section, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

Hopefully that will fix it.
