Firefox for Android does not come with a pop-up blocker be default, this is something that you would have had to install separately.

Assuming you have not done this, you may find it easier to view the page in desktop view. You can read how to do this here.

I notice that you are running an older version of Firefox for Android. I recommend following the steps in this article to keep yourself up to date with new features, fixes and security patches.
