I accidentally deleted all of my synced data and lost lots of important information, is there any way to get it back?

Last night, I signed into my Firefox account for the first time and checked "remove all synced data" and "remove all cookies" and what not. I lost most of my history, passwords, and logins. I don't have a backup from before, the earliest being from late 2017. Is there any way I can get my history, passwords, and logins back from before last night?

I don't have any old backups to go and fetch the information, is there any other way to get it? Or is it permanently gone (like stated in the second post)

If your other devices doesn't have backup of the sync data then your left with going to a computer shop to see if they can recover the data if you havn't used the computer since that time.
