Hi eschell.rompre, are you using the built-in WordPress editor?

While I have the button bar displayed in a post, Ctrl+U works the way you want. I don't know the significance, but the word "Classic" appears when I first open a post:

Perhaps it's something I selected when they introduced the block editor?
