How to use templates?
Hello everyone!
I want to use a message with recipents as a template, so that I don't have to rewrite or copy the text itself and so that I don't have to add every recipent again. Can I do that somehow? I already figured out, that I can create a template where I can create a draft mail.
Thank you for your help :)
Chosen solution
I already figured it out. That's how I managed it:
- create a new Folder - copy your template message into that folder (rightclick - copy ...) (name it templates, maybe) - you can now just copy the template from that folder, if you need it

Extended question: Once a template is created as described in the chosen solution, how can it be used as the basis for a new reply to an incoming email and automatically copying incoming data fields into the relevant outgoing (sets of) outgoing fields?
In brief, how is it possible to use a template to create outgoing files in the same way as in Micrsoft Word et alia?
