Forwarding or printing e-mails adds about a page of "routing?" information to the top of the email. How do I stop this?

Within the past several months I get information added to the top of an e-mail if I forward it or print it, example starts:

Subject: ... From: ... Date: 12/29/2021 To: bjanddon...

Return path:
