Every time I download Firefox I look in the start up menu and I can't find any file of Firefox. I have to download it every time I want to use the internet.

Can you not set a shortcut from the program directory to the desktop?

I'm not sure why you don't have a "Mozilla Firefox" desktop shortcut after you download and install Firefox. You said that Firefox does not appear in the "startup" menu. You should be looking in the Start All Programs list for a Mozilla Firefox icon (you may need to scroll up or down). If you don't see it, open the C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox folder and then right-click on firefox.exe and choose either "Pin to Start Menu" or "Send to -> Desktop (create shortcut) if you want a Desktop shortcut and it's missing.
